“Angel’s & Saint’s Homecare Services Ltd” is a family-owned provider of Healthcare Services, establish since 2017, providing domiciliary care. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have been delivering personalised and person-centred services in the West Midlands conurbation for a number of years.
Angel's & Saint's in March 2020, due to covid 19, started to provide a free and safe transport and delivery service to run along our Homecare Services. This was to help and support our community, during a difficult time for our service users. Providing essentials and transportation to appointments.
Whilst providing these services we identified the demand for staffing and transportation. To accommodate the need in the community, we have developed the infrastructure that could meet the demands of the Local councils in and around the West Midlands and surrounding areas. As of January 2022, we have since expanded all of our services throughout the UK.
Angel's & Saint's has been committed to excellence in fulfilling contracts with unwavering dedication and professionalism. We have been successful in winning a number of contracts to provide domiciliary care, supported living, staffing solutions and transport services with Private companies and local councils throughout UK, where the care is funded by the NHS or Local Councils.
We also provide care and support services to Direct Payment holders and to individuals who pay for their own care.
Access and security
Angel’s & Saint’s prides itself on confidentiality and security of our service user’s information. We work in partnership with technology providers throughout the United Kingdom, to create best in class, digital mobile devices, software and APPs, which enables our team to work remotely and to report and record out in the field. All systems require a 2 way verification process for extra layer of security. Service users can also request access to their real time information:
