Our person centred enablement service is focused on supporting service users to maintain and maximise their independence and so remain within their own home. Our service focus on helping our service users regain lost skills and regain new ones such as accessing their home safely, cooking and looking to their personal care.
The enablement service is a time limited service and the support pathway aims to maximise independence within a specific timescale agreed with the service user and their families.
We are an experienced provider of respite and sitting services and so we understand that every carer needs to take time out from their caring role looking after their loved one. Our service will ensure that you have peace of mind whilst we provide this service to give that break so that you can return to your caring role relaxed and refreshed knowing that Angels’ and Saints’ have looked after your loved one to the highest standards.
